Information we handle
ProcessForge handles account information, SOP content, workspace metadata, knowledge documents, and service diagnostics needed to provide the product. Payment proofs may be verified by configured payment providers; private keys are never requested.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, generate and store SOPs, provide exports, analyze quality, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Uploaded knowledge is treated as untrusted reference material.
Storage and sharing
Cloud records are stored with Supabase and AI requests are processed by OpenAI when generation is requested. Public templates are visible by design only after explicit publication. Review the policies of subprocessors before production use.
Your choices
You can export account data and delete supported records in the product. Contact the operator listed on the production site for access or account-deletion requests.
